The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance and clarity on customers’ liability for ticket purchases and the approach of My Realty 2022 committee to cancellations and/or refunds after ticket booking has been confirmed.
This policy relates to the customers’ personal liability for booking amount, regardless of the source of funding. However, refunds hereunder relate only to the portion of the entry fee to the expo and are paid by the visitor only.
Ticket Amount
Ticket amount is the token amount paid by the visitor, either online or offline, to the committee of My Realty 2022 in order to enter the My Realty 2022 expo at Cosmopolitan Club, Mysuru. To buy tickets for the expo, a customer needs to pay ₹20 per person for a single day pass and ₹50 per person for a three-day pass, either online or directly at the expo venue.
Cancellation and Refunds
All tickets booked whether online or offline are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If a visitor has purchased a ticket online and is unable to attend the event, the ticket amount shall be non-refundable. Neither the committee of My Realty 2022 expo nor BAI or CREDAI or MBCT shall be responsible for the refunds. Furthermore, all tickets issued once are non-transferrable.
